For many of the people we serve, going to see a doctor or a Dentist is not a possibility due to the lock of resources and the distance they need to travel to do this, many of them take on a 2-hour bus ride, if there is a bus available, and travel across four rivers to be able to get to a medical clinic. In these past years though our medical and dental clinics run by WTMFH service teams, we have seen the change on the people’s health just by having access to dental cleanings and medical checkups.
